A jacket designed for situations where the weather can surprise you while riding.
It's perfect as a backup layer against wind and cold—you can quickly throw it on while descending or when the temperature suddenly drops. When folded, the jacket easily fits into the back pocket of a shirt or sweatshirt, so you can always have it handy.
The jacket's looser fit allows for unrestricted movement and fits a variety of body types. The looser construction also makes it easier to layer, increasing its versatility in changing conditions. Additional panels under the arms improve air circulation and thermal comfort, while elastic cuffs ensure a comfortable fit and prevent the sleeves from riding up during activity.
The jacket is made of an innovative, ultralight material with an advanced Ittai membrane, which effectively blocks wind gusts while allowing the skin to breathe. The fabric offers a 10,000 mm water column and a breathability of ≥ 8,000 g/m²/24h. Additionally, the outer layer is coated with Aqua Repellent, making the jacket ideal for light rain showers. The membrane works dynamically, effectively wicking moisture away, keeping you dry and comfortable during exercise.
It works best at temperatures between +5°C and +15°C without an additional insulating layer, but when combined with an insulating layer it can also be used at lower temperatures.

During a 1.5-hour training session, through drizzle/rain and wind, it kept me warm, even though my clothes were soaked with sweat at the end. Rolled up, it actually fits into a shirt or sweatshirt pocket. I haven't worn it in bushes yet, but the material does feel delicate, although the backpack didn't cause any damage. I'm EXTREMELY happy with it, as I am with all my other Martombike clothing. I highly recommend it!

The jacket had its first real test at the Ring of a Thousand Lakes 610 Ultramarathon. Primarily, it's a windproof jacket, but I also used it in quite heavy rain. It protected me very well, and I felt pleasantly cool. I didn't feel water leaking down my back or arms. The next test was an all-night ride in this jacket. The outside temperature was 15-18°C. I was very pleasantly surprised by the thermals; I only wore a short-sleeved T-shirt under the jacket. It wasn't too hot or too cold. The jacket fits into my T-shirt pocket, and I sometimes checked to see if it was still there because I couldn't feel it. I recommend it

I was looking for a pocket-sized, breathable cycling jacket for cool winds and light rain. That's 90% of bad cycling weather. I don't know if it's suitable for heavy rain, but I try not to ride in heavy rain or take shelter somewhere to wait it out. This jacket meets those usually bad conditions 110%. It's also light as a feather and fits in a large fist. It doesn't have pockets, but I consider that a plus, not a drawback. Plus, it has a striking asphalt color. I like it.
