Don't worry! Remember, you have 14 days to exchange an item (with tags, unworn) for a different size. How do I do this? First, prepare your RECEIPT. Include the item in the package along with the RECEIPT, along with a note stating which order it's referring to, what size you're exchanging it for, who to return it to, and what contact number to provide the courier. We begin work on the final order after email approval of the design and order. From that point on, changes to quantities or graphic design are virtually impossible or involve additional costs.

Sublimation printing involves preparing the paper for transfer. The next step is transferring the graphics onto the materials. Unfortunately, this is a costly process, and if there's no other option but to reprint the materials, we can do so, but the client bears the cost.

Of course, this is possible; outfits sent for fitting cannot be worn. We charge a 100% deposit for the outfit's value, which we refund upon return.

Yes, we offer this service. The cost of sewing in the insert is 40 PLN + the cost of the selected insert. We only offer this service after the season

Yes, we start production with just one piece. Please see our price lists.

If you're familiar with curved design, feel free to create your own graphics and send them to us.

It depends on the complexity of the project and the working time of our graphic designer, usually it is 400 PLN.

Of course! We have a range of ready-made templates that we can customize to your needs. Just provide us with a name or a screenshot of your chosen design, provide your logo in vector format, and specify the color (CMYK color palette) you want the garment to be!

More serious modifications involve an additional cost – 1 graphic design hour – PLN 100

Nothing, if the design remains unchanged we will prepare it for you at no additional charge!

Production time depends on several factors, one of which is the time the order is placed. During peak season, this period is between 6 and 10 weeks from the date of order acceptance and artwork, while during off-season, it can take up to 4 weeks.

Yes, for an additional fee of 30% of the order value. Production is accelerated twice as quickly – during the off-season, your order will be shipped after two weeks, while during the season, you can enjoy your finished garment in just three weeks!

Yes! If you wear, say, a size M shorts and a size L t-shirt, we can easily create a matching set for you!

Unfortunately not, so remember to carefully read our size charts, product and offer.

The extent of the damage to the garment must be assessed by us, so please send washed and dried items to our address. The package should include your return address, store order number, and a description of the damage.
There are two options for returning the item in good condition. After receiving the garment, we will contact the customer to provide an estimated repair cost. You can then choose whether to proceed with the repair (processing time is approximately 4 weeks) or purchase a new item with a 30% discount (applies to online store products).
We always treat each customer individually, and each case is reviewed individually and with the utmost care.

Colors may differ slightly from those on your monitor. This is due to individual monitor settings.

Clothes should be washed in water at a temperature of up to 30 degrees, by hand, using washing powder.
