- Personal data in the Online Store are processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
- Purpose and basis of personal data processing
- The collected personal data is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling the order and managing the User's account, determining product preferences, sending promotional and marketing materials, and implementing legal provisions.
- By creating an account in our Online Store and placing an order, the User voluntarily provides the personal data necessary to process the order (name, surname, delivery address, email address, contact number). Through these actions, the User voluntarily consents to the collection and processing of personal data by the Administrator in the manner necessary to ensure the proper performance of the concluded contract.
- When using the Store's Website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to the user's computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system
- Personal data is collected with due diligence and appropriately protected against access by unauthorized persons.
- Recipients of personal data
- The data is made available only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and contracts for the provision of services electronically (to the carrier and the company providing accounting services to the administrator)
- The Administrator may share the User's personal data with:
- employees employed by the Controller who have been entrusted with performing specific activities under the concluded contract;
- a natural or legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality that provides accounting and bookkeeping services to the Controller;
- service providers used by the website, in particular IT services, logistics operators and courier companies, payment systems.
- Personal data may be disclosed to unauthorized entities under these regulations only with the prior consent of the User to whom the data pertains.
- Period of storage of personal data
- The User's personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract. If the User decides to create an account on the Website, data such as name, surname, delivery address, contact number, and email address will be stored until the User deletes the account. Regardless of the above, personal data will be stored no longer than the statute of limitations for claims.
- Rights of the data subject
- The User has the right to object at any time to the processing of data, for reasons relating to their particular situation – to the processing of their personal data based on Article 6(1)(e) (public interest or tasks) or (f) (legitimate interest of the controller), including profiling based on these provisions. In such a case, the Controller is no longer permitted to process the personal data unless they demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims.
- If personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
- The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, but withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out lawfully before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may hinder or prevent the performance of the concluded contract and may result in its termination by the Controller.
- The user has the right to:

- rectify (correct) your data,
- requesting their deletion, restriction or objection to their processing,
- data transfer,
- lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority

- The Administrator uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the User's end device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator's IT system.
- The Administrator stores cookies on the User's end device and then gains access to the information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.
- The Administrator hereby informs the User that it is possible to configure the web browser to prevent the storage of cookies on the User's end device. In such a situation, the User may experience difficulties in using the Website.
- The Administrator hereby indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or by using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

- Using the Website involves sending queries to the server on which the Website is stored.
