To make a refund or exchange at Inoni, follow the following steps:
- Product preparation : the product you want to return or replace must be intact, unused and with a set of original tags.
- Shipping to the following address : Pack the product and send it to the following address:

The shipping cost is covered by the customer. - Attach the return form : Attach the completed refund form to the shipment, which you can download from the link below:

- We will send a new size if you have chosen the exchange option.
- We will return the money if you want to receive a refund.
The refund will be made to the account, from which the payment was originally made at the latest
