To return or exchange a size at Inoni, please follow the steps below:
- Product preparation: The product you wish to return or exchange must be in undamaged, unused condition and with all original tags attached.
- Shipping to: Pack the product and send it to:
Sikorskiego 13, 62-020 Swarzędz.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer. - Include a returns form: Include a completed returns form with your shipment, which you can download from the link below:
[Exchange/Return Form]. - Refund or exchange: Once your returned product has been received and verified, depending on your decision:
- We will send you a new size if you selected the exchange option.
- We will refund your money if you want a refund.
The refund will be made to the account from which the payment was originally made no later than
Remember, label the envelope with the word EXCHANGE or RETURN. It makes things easier for us :)
