You can collect your parcel in person, free of charge, at our store in Swarzędz at ul. Sikorskiego 13.

Shipment
Order processing time is 5 to 14 business days from the date payment is received. This means that we ship your package within this timeframe. Parcel delivery by courier is typically one business day. However, we ask for your understanding during peak periods, such as sales, holidays, and peak seasons.

Payment
Payment upon personal collection
Payment is made at the store, after receiving notification that the order is ready for collection. Payment is accepted by cash or card.

Please note that processing times vary. We often receive confirmation of payment receipt a business day after the transfer date.
