Exchange or return.

To return or exchange a size at Inoni, please follow the steps below:

1. Product preparation: The product you wish to return or exchange must be in undamaged, unused condition and with all original tags attached.
2. Pack the product and send it at your own expense to the following address:
   Sikorskiego 13, 62-020 Swarzędz.
3. Attach the form: Please include a completed return/exchange form with your shipment, which you can download from the link below:
   [Exchange/Return Form]. If you wish to exchange a product, please specify the product you are exchanging and the size you would like to exchange for. Important! In the event of withdrawal, please include the original receipt with your package.
4. Refund or exchange: Once your returned product has been received and verified, depending on your decision:

• We will send you a new product at our expense if you have chosen the exchange option.
• We will refund your money if you choose to withdraw from the contract.

Refunds will be made via the same method used to originally pay, within 14 days.
