We offer you two options. You can send us a damaged product and we will make every effort to fix it. Please remember that although our team inoni makes every effort to restore the elements to their original state, minor modifications in color matching, material or technology can occur. We will not always be able to fix the damage, which is why we also leave you the second option. After our analysis of the situation (also on the basis of provided photos) - you can buy a product from the same category with a 30% discount. Each case will be evaluated separately, we will make every effort to help you, all you have to do is contact us by sending an email.
Repair of clothing may take up to 4 weeks from the product receipt by our repair team. In the spring-summer period, these time may increase due to the large number of current production tasks.
