He is the author of the popular television program "Training for Everyone." He is the head of the Poland Running Academy (PRA), which collaborates with running schools in the USA and Ethiopia. He is the originator of the Biegajizwiedzaj.pl project and co-founder of the Young Olympians Academy for children and youth.
Double European Marathon Champion (EVACS, 2006). In 2013, he placed 5th in the World Masters Marathon Championships in Brazil. In 2011, he won the marathon in Sicily. In 2014, he won a silver medal in the Ethiopian mountain marathon in the non-African category (10th place overall). He has completed over a thousand road, cross-country, and track races, including marathons in London, Berlin, Austin, Poznań, Hanover, Warsaw, Davos, and Athens.
