To return or exchange a size at Inoni, please follow the steps below:
- Product preparation: The product you wish to return or exchange must be in undamaged, unused condition and with all original tags attached.
- Package the product and send it to:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. - Attach the form: Please include a completed return/exchange form with your shipment, which you can download from the link below:
[Exchange/Return Form]. Important! In the event of withdrawal from the contract, please include the original receipt with the shipment. - Refund or exchange: Once your returned product has been received and verified, depending on your decision:
- We will send you a new product at our expense if you have chosen the exchange option.
- We will refund your money if you choose to withdraw from the contract.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the original payment within 14 days.
