The new 555 model series introduces the innovative Active Seam sport stitch, considered the most comfortable in the world. This seam is characterized by high flexibility and aesthetic appearance, and after installation it flattens, which further increases the comfort of wearing.

Model 555 harness: What makes it special?

The suspenders are made of an elastic band, and the panel on the back increases their flexibility, which helps keep the shorts in place even during long training sessions. They are extremely convenient and comfortable.

Perfect fit of the shorts

The material from which the shorts are made was designed especially for us, with a silicone pattern applied on a width of 7 cm. Thanks to this, the shorts fit perfectly on the legs, providing incredible comfort. The extended cut profile means that the legs end just above the knee, perfectly surrounding the muscles.

Insert attachment

When designing these shorts, we focused on maximum comfort of attaching the insert. Thanks to the use of 8PS seam technology, created using a digital stepper machine, we managed to achieve a fastening that is virtually imperceptible. The eight-point attachment of the Mortirolo insert ensures perfect cooperation with the structure of the shorts during dynamic movement, and the threads used ensure that abrasion or tearing of the insert is practically impossible.

Mortirolo Long Distance Pad: Uncompromising quality

The Mortirolo Long Distance Pad insert is the essence of comfort. Made of foam of varying density, it effectively wicks moisture away. Its top layer is covered with microfilament material, which dynamically transfers moisture to further layers, ensuring dry and comfortable training.
