  1. The owner of the online store and at the same time the administrator of personal data is Kiore Tomasz Skoczylas, Sikorskiego 13, 62-020 Swarzędz, NIP: 7842111873,

Personal data in the Online Store is processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and in the case of free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/We/
  • Purpose and basics of the processing of personal data
  1. The collected personal data is used only for the purposes of the implementation of the order and service of the User Account, determining the preferences regarding products, sending promotional and marketing materials and the implementation of legal provisions.

By setting up an account in our online store and placing an order, the user voluntarily provides personal data necessary for its implementation (name, surname, delivery point, e-mail address, contact number). Through these activities, he voluntarily agrees to the collection and processing by the Administrator of personal data in a manner necessary to ensure the correct performance of the concluded contract. 
  3. When using the Store's website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: IP address assigned to the user's computer or the external IP address of the Internet Supplier, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type
  4. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access to them by unauthorized persons. 
  • Recipient of personal data 
  1. The data is made available only to perform the order and contracts for the provision of electronic services (a carrier and company providing accounting services for the Administrator)
  2. The Administrator's personal data may provide:
  1. employees employed at the administrator who were entrusted with specific activities under the concluded contract;
  2. a natural or legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality who provides accounting and accounting services to the administrator;
  3. service providers used by the website, in particular IT services, logistics operators and courier companies, payment systems.
  4. Providing personal data with unauthorized entities according to these Regulations, may only take place with the previously expressed consent of the data to whom the data relate.

  1. The user's personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract. If the User decides to set up an account on the website data such as name, surname, delivery address, contact number, e-mail address will be storage until the user deletes the account. Regardless of the above, personal data will be stored no longer than until the limitation of claims.  
  • The rights of the data subject

At any time, the user has the right to object to data processing, for reasons related to his special situation - in the face of the processing of his personal data based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. e) (interest or public tasks) or f) (legitimate interest of the administrator), including profiling on the basis of these provisions. In this case, the administrator must no longer be processed by this personal data, unless he demonstrates the existence of valid legitimate grounds for processing, superior to the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for determining, investigating or defending claims.
  2. If personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the data subject has the right to object to the processing regarding his personal data for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.
  3. At any time, the user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, but withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out in accordance with the law, before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may hinder or prevent the performance of the concluded contract and may cause it to terminate it by the Administrator. 
  4. The user has the right to:
  • access to your data and receiving their copies,
  • correction (correcting) your data,
  • requests for removing, limiting or raising an objection to their processing,
  • data transfer,
  • lodging a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority

  1. The administrator uses cookies (cookies), i.e. small text information, stored on the user's end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the administrator's ICT system.
  2. The administrator stores cookies on the user's end device, and then gains access to information contained in them for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure the proper operation of the site.
  3. The Administrator informs this user that it is possible to configure a web browser that prevents you from storing cookies on the user's end device. In such a situation, the user's use of the site may be difficult.
  4. The administrator hereby indicates that cookies can be deleted by the user after they are saved by the Administrator, through the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs for this purpose or using the appropriate tools available under the operating system used by the User.
